Fact sheet explains HST impact on social assistance benefits
Posted March 22, 2010 - The Income Security Advocacy Centre has produced a fact sheet that discusses the impact of the Harmonized Sales Tax on people who receive Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program benefits. People are urged to file their tax returns so that they can benefit from the increased sales tax credit.
