Posted May 17, 2011 - According to a Halifax Chronicle Herald column, pending legislation in Ottawa seeks to amend the Criminal Code in a way that would make people who hyperlink to other websites potentially guilty of a hate crime if those linked sites wilfully promoted hatred against an identifiable group.


James Bay First Nations band alleges century of neglect in massive, multi-million lawsuit
