Sign the Call for Prosecutorial Guidelines for HIV Non-Disclosure
Posted October 14, 2010 - The Ontario Working Group on Criminal Law and HIV Exposure has launched a "Sign the Call" campaign calling for Ontario's Attorney General to immediately undertake a process to develop guidelines for criminal prosecutors in cases involving allegations of non-disclosure of HIV status.
