Energy Conservation Programs for People with Low Incomes

This webinar is Part II of a two-part series from the Low-Income Energy Network (LIEN) on the Ontario Energy Board's (OEB) Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP). It reviews LIEN's energy poverty strategy and looks at the targeted energy conservation programs offered by gas and electric utilities. The webinar includes presentations by representatives from Ontario Power Authority, gas companies, and LIEN staff.
